Dede Bacon has been a Realtor in Lake Tahoe for approximately 14 years. She has lived in South Lake Tahoe for 34 years. Prior to selling real estate, she owned and operated a sportswear shop for 12 years. Dede also worked at Caesar’s as a showroom-seating captain for 17 years. This background has assisted her move into real estate, as she is well known by many Lake Tahoe residents and out of area tourists as well. She enjoys the satisfaction she feels from finding locals and out of area home buyers their Tahoe dream home as well as selling the home of the long time Tahoe resident ready to retire to a milder climate. She earned an Associates in Arts degree in Spanish at LTCC. She has earned an e-Pro Certificate from the National Association of Realtors®. She enjoys learning and sees knowledge as a stepping-stone to success. Dede has a passion for life and loves the precious environment that Lake Tahoe offers. Her 20 year old son, PJ, is now attending San Diego State University. Dede enjoys windsurfing, snowboarding, skiing, and hiking. Dede is a versatile business professional with strong skills in customer service and sales. Dede is a California Association of Realtors® Director and was President of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors® in 2008. She was named Realtor® of the Year in 2008. She has chaired several committees and continues to stay involved in community services. Dede is a Realtor® in both California and Nevada. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the fractional real estate industry. Dede is currently helping troubled homeowners with loan modifications in hopes of eliminating foreclosures. She believes in a strong commitment to a high level of customer service and her extensive knowledge of the area will provide all of her real estate clients with the knowledge and care that they deserve.
